How It Works

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your Ventic Knee Brace within 90 days of delivery, simply reach out to us and we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition
  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached

Please note: Bulk orders (3+ units) are final sale and not eligible for returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.


Return Guidelines

  • Include all accessories: Please return the knee brace with all original components and packaging materials.
  • Discount code orders: If you used a discount code, your refund will reflect the price you actually paid.
  • Prepaid return label: We'll provide a prepaid shipping label for all domestic returns — no extra cost to you.

Size Exchanges

Ordered the wrong size? No problem. We offer free size exchanges within 90 days of delivery. Simply contact us and we'll send you the correct size right away — no need to wait for your return to arrive first.

Purchased From a Third Party?

If you purchased your Ventic Knee Brace from a third-party retailer (Amazon, Walmart, etc.), please contact that retailer directly for returns and refunds, as we can only process orders placed through tryventic.com.
